By booking our services you agree to these terms. A deposit is required to confirm your date. Cancellations more than 7 days before the shoot may receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. All images remain our intellectual property; clients receive a license for personal and commercial use. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
