We retain the right to use session images in our portfolio and marketing unless you notify us in writing before the session. Upon full payment clients receive a license for personal and commercial use. Clients appearing in photographs grant us permission to use their likeness in portfolio materials unless a written opt-out is provided. Clients may not resell or sublicense delivered files without written consent.
